Job Summary

The Researcher locates construction project information and verifies the findings.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct project research utilizing internet tools to verify and/or obtain information at the county and state level
  • Research project escalations to confirm parcel ownership
  • Contact businesses to confirm project information via email and phone
  • Enter verified information into the appropriate data management system
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications

  • Associate’s degree; Paralegal or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a professional office environment or any combination of equivalent education and professional experience

  • Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
  • Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
