Job Summary
The Researcher locates construction project information and verifies the findings.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct project research utilizing internet tools to verify and/or obtain information at the county and state level
- Research project escalations to confirm parcel ownership
- Contact businesses to confirm project information via email and phone
- Enter verified information into the appropriate data management system
- Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications
- Associate’s degree; Paralegal or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in a professional office environment or any combination of equivalent education and professional experience

- Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
- Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
